The film, which aired on GSU TV and GPB Knowledge, sheds light on a community that is struggling to return to its former glory. Featuring icons like Harry Belafonte and Black Panther Party member Kathleen Cleaver, this film gives rare first hand accounts on what it was like to be at the front lines of the Civil Rights Movement, while also challenging the audience to become part of the current fight for human rights.
